Alot of the guys and girls who try to get into it fail shortly after because of their lack of determination. There will always be money to be made by us though, i'm not worried. The web design and hosting services industries are totally saturated with companies. You can't compete on an international level without offering something different (or significantly better than your competition). Most large domestic companies will not look at overseas developers - they consider the risk is too high. I think it's important to differentiate yourself in one way or another. In your case it's minor league sports. Some people do it with fanatical support or great design but what's important is that you do something people will remember and will separate you from the rest.
